Shipping Information

To ensure that your purchase is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame advised for each product, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If your packaged is returned to us due to incorrect address information, you will be charged the return shipping and re-shipment fee if you still wish to receive your purchase. If you wish to forfeit your purchase, you will be refunded your order minus the shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note, shipping times do not included the standard processing times for each item.

Shipping prices are based on the item you order and your location. If you order multiple items, the shipping price will be based on the largest item in your order. If you order multiple of the same item, shipping prices may be multiplied depending on the weight of your final package.
